No longer a good deal
It was much better when you picked the general area and prices were lower. It is no longer cheaper than purchasing tickets elsewhere. Not sure if I will continue to use them. :(

The BEST app for purchasing tickets, getting rush seats, etc!
Big Save and convenient
For the show I love, this is great!!! I save a lot for the rush ticket and it’s so convenient to wait and get the deal
Nonexistent Customer Service
No one available to assist except a chatbot which is useless. On a time sensitive issue you literally have no choice other than to start a chargeback with your credit card company. Customer Service’s only automated email response is literally “Don’t email is again, we’re working our way through a back log”. It’s not the height of COVID times, people! Staff accordingly!
Conversion USD to CAD is the wrong rate, too expensive.
Please never paid in a currency other than uSD. The rates to cover USd to Cad is 20% higher, and the fees double.

Hilariously. So fun and literally corny. Great staging (especially considering it was conducive to a more simple storyline). Great acting and singing. Loved it!!!
Why you don’t have any plays in Toronto?

Don’t waste your money
I ordered three tickets for Good Night Oscar in NYC. When I went online the offer showed many available seats including the first row of the mezzanine available. They do not let you pick your seats and do not send them to you until the day before the show. I received the second last row of the theatre which had an obstructed view for two of the seats. I informed them with pics and I got a $10 voucher to use valid for the next two months. I was visiting and won’t be back to nyc in the next two mo that so a lot of good that will do. Just go to TKTS so you know exactly what you are getting.
Poor customer service
I am sure it was a great show to watch, however due to a sudden family emergency we were unable to attend. The customer service reps on the app gave us a really hard time with their policies and told us we have to incur the cost. I was not expecting this at all. Many were rude and abrupt. Broadway is always great, but things do happen and poor customer service is a bad reflection of third parties affiliated.
