TodayTix - Theatre Tickets

Pretty good app but rush tickets concept is a farce & really leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Even if you wait in countdown for rush tickets to become available, they are ALWAYS being held by someone else (?bots hoovering) - I am never successful, thus discourages my use of TodayTix app as I feel cheated.

The app seems very interesting. However when you try to filter for the same day or Today/Tomorrow, it still shows the lower price for other days, when you click on it, sometimes they do Not even have tickets for the day you filtered. I would suggest you to review it. It became useless for me. I go inline and find it quicker ;-)

My tickets are not showing- so frustrating to sort out last minute!

The pricing for example “from £23” is actually not true in most cases, even when you clink on a date and it’s says this amount, it then isn’t when you actually go to buy tickets. This is fine if you have hours to go through to find an actual day where these prices are available. It would be good if the app didn’t take you through this whole process before trying to book as it’s misinformation and off putting.

The app used to be fantastic but has slowly gotten worse. It doesn’t seem to matter when you attempt to buy rush tickets, you’re always met with “all tickets are being held” which is extremely frustrating. It seems as though they’re no longer able to cater to the volume of people using it.

I love this app. I used for all my booking in London and NYC. The rush tickets are always good. I get access to some presale tickets too.

It’s hard to navigate finding value for money tickets with the structure of Today Tix filters. You filter for a specific day, and the advertised price says ‘from £XX. However, when you click on the show and pick your seats, the day you chose in the original filter is 4x more expensive. A waste of time using this app.
