Very convenient manner of choosing which shows to watch and purchasing tickets without going through a laborious, cumbersome process or speaking with someone on the phone or queuing up at Times Square. Very reliable and dependable manner of picking up the tickets right by the theater proper a few minutes before show time. Trustworthy!

Excellent Customer Experience

Used it to book orchestra tickets for Billy Porter's return to Kinky Boots and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The app was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Instructions were comprehensive and concise and I really loved the feature where you can change the pick-up name. When we got to the theatre, the TodayTix rep was there 7:30 sharp and was very pleasant. This app is a modern-day essential for those who love live theatre.
