I arrived in London to find I mistakenly booked tickets for the wrong weekend! I contacted the customer support to explain the situation. They very kindly refunded the tickets within two days of requesting. Efficient and obliging. Super impressed! Very happy to purchase tickets again. Just need to make sure it’s for the right weekend 😊
