Amazing!

It was right after the finale of this musical was announced. Three days before the performance, I suddenly received a message. "Unfortunately, when we went to the box office to purchase this ticket on your behalf, they had unexpectedly sold out of the Side Orch section; however, we were able to acquire Rear Mezz seats at no additional cost to you. If you are okay with this change please let us know, if not we will go ahead and refund your order." Were you really not sure? Didn't they start a new business by taking advantage of the skyrocketing ticket prices? With the limited itinerary, I had no choice but to accept the offer. I couldn't really enjoy watching a play with such doubts. I was very disappointed because I trusted this company so much.

たまーにウェブサイトで買った方が安いときもあるけれど、当日の割引券とか、くじとか本当にありがたいです。演劇を勉強していてなるべく沢山観たいので、本当に重宝しています。ありがとうございます。

The best parts are that you can buy tickets at the last minutes and do not need to go somewhere else to pick up tickets. You book a day prior at latest, go to venues in time and you will get them. The best service I have experienced around ticketing on Broadway. とにかく、簡単で便利！そこそこ良い席が簡単に割安で取れて、当日の開演前に劇場前で受け取るだけ。どこかにチケットを取りに行く必要もない。10回ほど使っていますが、毎回気持ち良く使わせてもらっています。受け取りもわかりやすく、とてもスムーズです。前日までにチケット予約が必要なはずなので（当日だと買えないはず）、そこだけ注意。

アドバイスとして、先方は日本人の名前に非常に不慣れですのでご自分で確実に名前を確認して下さい。口頭で確認するだけで何のチェックも有りません。 私はTakeshiですがTakahashiのチケットを渡されました。 中に入る寸前で気づき事なきを得ましたが。

ニューヨークにミュージカル目当てで来ましたが、現地で買おうとしてもよくわからず、このアプリに割と頼っています。安めに買えるのと、チケット受け渡しのスタッフさんが優しく、今のところ満足です。

初めてのニューヨーク、突然前日に行きたくなったミュージカル。チケット購入記事からアプリ情報を取得。登録に日本人の為、入力に若干の時間が(cvsがカード裏番号の意味、電話番号入力の番号のスタート位置二桁目から等)でも、登録できたらあとは、非常に便利なアプリ。おススメです
