I’d like to like this app but it’s hard. The design is excellent. Clear on screen display, easy to use. The mapping, however, where I live in Brisbane Australia is woeful. There are roundabouts in the maps where there are lights, it recommends right turns across traffic islands, building addresses are frequently sufficiently inaccurate that you’ll need to go around the block and try to get where you’re going a second time. I’d be less critical if these issues were due to new works but they’re not. A few days ago the app told me to take a left turn towards Alma Park Zoo. The Zoo closed about 10 years ago and the app doesn’t provide the street name as well which is confusing. The same thing also applies to directions referring to a hockey club which doesn’t exist and for which there is no signage. In a rural area recently it took me to a property I was going to but to which there was no access across a river. The property gate was off another road more than 20 minute’s drive away. Navigation apps are only as good as their source data. Fix this, and this app is a winner!

What a waste of time, all I want is sat navigating and every time I open the app it keeps downloading maps. What a dud!!

Trying to like this app as I have been long time device user. Interface is not the same and I find the app is slower. The sharing ETA is convoluted in design. My best recommendation is to use the free trail period before buying.

The TomTom Go camper sat nav’s are obviously based on the truck ones (just with camper POI), so why no motorhome version of this app (cheaper than the expensive truck version)?

You need to use this app either with local knowledge or check your route with a paper map/ street directory before the journey. I find it often tries to take you via some side road off the main highway. Some of these roads are far too narrow for caravans and or larger trailers and much much slower than highways. I have checked the ridiculous route this app tried to take me with WAZE and Google maps and they didn’t take me on the same roads. I’m the first to admit WAZE, Apple Maps and GMaps often take us on stupid journeys but they are free and at $30 a year subscription I’m afraid I won’t be renewing this one.

Doesn’t work offline anymore

You guys sent an email titled We Have been working on something new when your App has businesses that have been closed for over ten years still active and at the current address. I've even searched for other companies to see if they're currently active, and no, they are nowhere in sight. I am not usually the one who tells you which businesses they are, as you haven't updated the database. Luckily, I wanted to try and was happy to lose $6au.

We have two Tom Tom GPS and we also use this app for when we want traffic on our travels. Quick to give travel updates, clear graphics and easy to have on my phone. I initially had an query which was quickly sorted by the developers.

Easy to use, great options to choose between car and truck, plus a good option to put in a maximum speed as well! Just one thing.. I don’t think a 4 year old needs a gps app lol (I just looked at the rating)

Pretty perfect app except i’d really like to be able customise the over speed warning feature. It seems to be set for 5 kmh over the limit but makes no allowance for when you move from one speed zone to a slower one. Alert goes off annoyingly every time and makes no allowance for the time it takes to slow down. Either make the 5km tolerance adjustable, add a time delay, or make the alarm sound less annoying (like Waze). Please. Also, how i do correct map errors?
