As a global TrustedHousesitter with 25 five-star reviews, I love this app and community! The apps developers constantly squash pesky bugs and add features that help sitters and hosts. A few humble requests: Please improve housesit search tools that use distance from desired sit cities (5-50km away from precise city/town). Currently, city searches return housesit posts far outside desired sit locations, which is distracting when receiving push notifications for inconvenient sits and time-consuming when having to sift through irrelevant sit posts. I’m still receiving sit post notifications and reminders to apply for sits no longer in my favorites. The new purple heart sitters have to tap to fave a sit is hard to see on most posts. The red color was great because it stood out. As a single man sitter, I respect hosts who say they prefer women or couples/families. It would be helpful to have a more visible feature on the main page of sit posts that displays these host preference. Lastly, it would be helpful to add a feature and/or prompts that encourages hosts to write elaborate their travel times or preferences for meeting in-person on a certain day or time ahead of the actual sit dates. Some hosts add an extra day before and/or after their travel day(s) and explain this later. More often, it takes a few exchanges after applying for a sit to discover I wouldn’t be able to make it to the location at the host’s preferred date/time. Thanks again for everything!

I have been a happy TH member for several years but …..I am considering leaving this special community due to the total unreliability of your alerts function. Notifications for preferred locations are typically arriving after the cut-off of 5 applicants, thus rendering the tool useless. So disappointing.

The app is very goid but there is a bug because when I stop application the system sends a message to applicants that dates changed. That is not true and many applicants can get confused.

The service THS provides is great. The app, no so much. Full of bugs. Can’t do things with app you can do on website. THS also has a history of being slow to fix anything or implement new changes. They are very good at selling memberships and raising costs to users.

Since the most recent update (today is August 22, 2023) the ability to sign in with Apple was removed and I am now unable to log in using the IOS app. I am not able to access my account.

The search in the app stopped working on my iPad. Love Trusted Housesitters, but when searching for a specific locale, the result is blank for all locations. Please fix this.

This is amazing site. I hope everyone is as fortunate as I was with my sitter it really gives the for baby mama’s peace of mind being away from home, knowing that they are being so well, cared for right in the comfort of their own home

I did not want to continue with my membership because I lost my pet and have no need for the service right now. They charged me automatically . I have no idea how to cancel the membership and I am unable talk to a live person.

I’ve tried 4 different times to signup with this app and can’t get past the agree to terms and conditions. I click agree so I can move forward and am given a “whoops” message. Not impressed.

I can’t express what peace of mind I have with leaving my home and my babies . I only wish I would have found Trusted house sitters sooner. I have made great friends, my home and my babies have been taken such good care of. I tell everyone I know about this company. Peace of mind.
