Está empresa engaña a sus clientes, les hace pagar una membresia y tienen siempre los anuncios en “revisión” impidiéndote así postularte a ellas no pierden tiempo y plata.

I have written my profile description more than twice, information disappears, and then you can’t even recover what you had saves before, a complete waste of time.

Impossible to contact costumer service
We’ve been trying to talk to an agent for the last two weeks and we always get an automatic message. We are under 21 and we’ve already paid the subscription. The required age isn’t indicated anywhere and we want a refund. We realized later, they accepted our ID and all the profile information. We want to talk to an agent and get a personalized attendance.

Excellent but there are holes
I do love this site, have met some awesome people and had good luck with the sitters we have had, also think it is good value to join. If I was able, I would actually enjoy house sitting for others, it is an excellent way to see the world!!! BUT there is a large hole in the “looking for a sitter” process. Sitters are supposed to be marked in green on the dates they will be available. When a Home/Pet Owner does a search with the dates that they would like to procure a sitter it brings up all sitters that are even NOT available. The only ones it appears to leave out are the ones that already have a sit during that time (have those dates crossed off already). This really is a huge pain in the rear and can cause you to spend hours looking and scrolling through everyone’s page. Surely after all these years of running this site the developers would have been able to do a sort on those important credentials? That one fix would make me rate the app with 5 *****. Thanks
