Great system, tricky app
I have been house sitting around Europe for a couple of months now and this is an awesome system but the app has a lot of glitches that make it difficult to find new house sit opportunities.
You can’t organise your search results or filter by multiple countries (eg. Europe). There are many glitches where the app does not show results or shows them in the wrong places and you can’t control the frequency with which you get notifications for your saved locations. Often I’ll click on a new sit opportunity notification and it will say there are no results. These are just a few examples of the many app-related issues I’ve been having.
Unsatisfactory
I joined this group approximately 7 months ago and had difficulties with up loading photos
More recently I have been after a Housesitter and reused the app as I had paid a yearly subscription
I am looking for a Housesitter for September . I have received some replies via my gmail but these do not appear in the app I have loaded!
The system is very clunky so I deleted it
I am going to reload this app in the hope that it has improved . Fingers crossed
Exceptional Sitters Found Here!
I have used this site only three times and have been delighted with the care and caring shown by all of them. They totally respected my home and gave my wee dog 5 star treatment and spoilt her rotten which is find with me!! ThNk you sitters, you have been splendid.

What a dysfunctional waste of time
Dashboard failing to load
I am finding that the latest version fails to load my dashboard - pretty frustrating. The other screens load but not the dashboard.
Paw service
Numerous problems since I started using the app, including now when I used the back button on the app and was rewarded with a blank screen. Unable to invite just several sitters for some reason which has not been resolved.
So many bugs/limitations
The service THS provides is great. The app, no so much. Full of bugs. Can’t do things with app you can do on website.
THS also has a history of being slow to fix anything or implement new changes. They are very good at selling memberships and raising costs to users.
Apple sign in no longer available!
Since the most recent update (today is August 22, 2023) the ability to sign in with Apple was removed and I am now unable to log in using the IOS app. I am not able to access my account.
Great program Decent App
The search in the app stopped working on my iPad. Love Trusted Housesitters, but when searching for a specific locale, the result is blank for all locations. Please fix this.
Amazing Site!
This is amazing site. I hope everyone is as fortunate as I was with my sitter it really gives the for baby mama’s peace of mind being away from home, knowing that they are being so well, cared for right in the comfort of their own home
