어제부터 수신함에는 메세지가 나타나는데 push 알람이 나타나지 않는다. 서버에 문제가 있나요?

스마트도어벨 사용중
구글홈에 등록하면 벨누를때 스피커로 스마트도어벨 주변에 누군가 있습니다라고 말해주네요 이건 신기했으나 어플알림내용도 한글로 떳으면 좋겠습니다 실시간으로 화면도 볼수있고 경고 싸이렌도 가능하네요 알림이 영어라서 별한개 빼요

아이폰에서는 알림을 조절할 수 없고 메뉴도 없다
오프라인
와이파이 상태 멀쩡한데 계속 오프라인으로 바껴요.... 재등록 했는데 똑같아요
왜 연결이 안돼죠
잘 쓰고 있다가 다시 리셋하고 연결 할라고 하는데 리모컨이며 소켓이며 연결이 안되네요 전에 있던 폰에 있는 앱으로 하니까 전 버전이라 되는거같은데 업데이트 이후 연결 안되는거 같아요
문제해결을 전혀 할수 없음
밤에 깜깜하게 보이는 문제가 있어서 서비스지원 요청한게 3/4일인데 3/18일 아직까지 보류중이라고만 되어있음 고객센터 연락처를 찾기가 하늘의 별따기.. 그냥버리고 hej홈 쓰는게 정신건강에 낫겠다. 두개 모두 사용해봤는데 헤이홈껀 지금껏 고장없음
