The APP doesn’t know if some devices are turned off or unavailable, I removed batteries from a water detector and the APP doesn’t notify that it is turned off.

I have 3 different light switches and one socket from Tuya. All have connectivity issues and the app isn’t able to run Siri commands flawlessly Really a waste of money and time

The product itself works great, the app doesn't send push messages when you click on the ring button, there is no option at all to approve push messages in the app, can you fix this please?

Missing a few things that are crucial for us. Sunrise/sunset before/after, I need more refined times after 1 hour( jumps from 1 hour to 2 hours). Need it to have at least: 1 hour and 15 minutes, 1 hour and 30 minutes, etc) or to choose how many hours and minutes before/after in rolling counter. I think this is simple to do ! Another thing: When setting a rule, can add in the same rule a duration period. Like turn on light (any condition) until a certain hour or for ## so many hours/minutes.
Simply the best Chinese Smart Home app.
UI is phenomenal, Designed beautifully, very easy to set up, innovative, and SIMPLE! I love it. I only gave 4 stars because if you could've added a second timer to the schedule, or add turn on / off light animation, it could've been awesome since I find animated turn on / off scenes amazing. Once you'll add those- it's 10 stars app for me! -Yehonatan
