Mon compte a été débité de 9,90 euros et le service sms n’a pas été activé car il demande une confirmation de commande alors que c’est payé . Le site est en chinois et pas en anglais. Pas de réclamation possible à mon niveau. Très mal fait. C’est du vol.
Since one of the latest updates: when alarm, you can immediately see the alarm as usual, butst is impossible to “return”. Only after getting out the Tuya program and you start again the app, after choosing events,… it’s possible to return to the main menu. ( iPhone and iPad).
I use the app for the drinking fountain and the feeder for the cats. But since the and of April, my devices schedule are turned off without knowing it. I check it every day now, but it is very irritating…
