To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

Become worse everyday

The app is very useful especially the transfer from UBA to UBA when it works but it’s buggy af. Now my account is suspended and no one is able to help me. Client service is the worst. When they do answer is to gather personal information worth no follow-up. In Cameroon they seem to push the clients to go to a WhatsApp solution. No kidding. From a bank that’s the funniest joke a ever heard.

OPT problem

I don’t even know what to say since I’m already disappointed with the apps. I had the other apps UBA mobile that was functioning properly but some how outdated and the UBA client service agent requested me to download this one. Since i’m trying to sign up the keep me an OTP was sent to me via message to my phone number till now I’vent receive anything OTP. This is so frustrating 😌i don’t even know what to do next.

It is difficult to register with this App

I can’t receive the OTP to register… I can’t change my password. There is no field where I can put the OTP I have received. I don’t know if you’re testing this app before making it public. This is just a mess guys.

Disappointed

Rather than providing an app which is not working delete it from here. You can’t be Having an emergency and count on this app with your money in your account.
