The Uba app for Benin is the worst. Accounts transactions are not updated for weeks or months. You can’t understand the transactions or why your account is being debited. Most options are not working and the apps keeps freezing. I can request for a statement or see my transactions over the past few days or oppose a debit on my account. I have used my card at the atm for a withdrawal that I could not cash. And for weeks now I have not been able to oppose it and recredit my money. Please work on this app. You are loosing credibility and soon a client.

This app is useless

Each time I try to type a narration in my UBA app, it simply crashes and I have to start all over again. Or if I try to dispute a transaction and I pick the other option, once I start typing my reason, the app crashes again. This is frustrating because I have to leave the app to go and type my description in another app then copy and paste back in the uba app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail as I get the same issue. Kindly rectify this or proffer solution

Why is this UBA app always crashing?! Like everyweek! The app will just not respond, and when you really need to do transactions!

I’m not able to sign up

This app doesn’t work on my phone. It opens up but doesn’t load up my dashboard. I can’t do anything with it.

Similar to an earlier review on 19 Nov and which still persists is the frequent logging out in the middle of making a transaction. Observed most especially when you are retrieving saved account numbers it first freezes then logs you out. You now have to start all over and this is frustrating. This morning I had to revert to the older mobile app to make a transaction. I have kept the old app because this one doesn’t recognize my savings account. These issues need to be addressed
