2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process

What’s going on UBA, since I updated the app I can’t access it. It just keeps loading without opening
Abandonded app
This app has been dead for close to 3 months now..Its as if its just been abandoned..how a bank as large as UBA can allow an app to cease to function for months now is beyond me
Useless app
This app is so so stupid and very very annoying. How can I sign up with the old app but can’t sign up with the new one?? This is very very frustrating and annoying. Pls fix this or I’ll stop banking with your bank.
UBA mobile app
The app has crashed since I updated it. I have not been able to open it since and I haven’t been able to use it. I made a mistake a big mistake in carrying out the update.

Forgetten your password is a big problem w this app
The bank app doesn’t open
The app hasn’t opened in well over a month making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to do a transaction over 20k. This is unacceptable
Log in Issue
what the hell is wrong with this app? over a month now I cant log in it keeps on loading and I have funds inside😡
I can’t log in
Since I update the app anytime I login it keeps telling me I have a account on another device (which I don’t) and secondly whenever I try to check the device it just loads nd show nothing 😔 Pls fix this issue I hope to hear from you guys soon ,if only I read the reviews I won’t have updated it. And also they is and issue with buying of airtime nd data please resolve this as soon as possible 🙏
