I tried to register but first time the app freeze. I tried again and that time it said my email and my license is already registered. Trying to communicate with the support team, but they are keep telling activate my credit card on the link they sent, even When I told them I haven’t received any activation email, they are sending the same email like auto. It takes ages to them to reply and I don’t see if they will solve the issue soon.

They’re so fraud . So many hidden charges, what’s this ? I would suggest to stay away

نصابين وحرامية وبيطلع لك سعر الإجار اليومي أغلى من من أي مكتب وأي خدمة ثانية، يخصون منك يوم تسجل بطاقة الفيزا ويخصمون منك رسوم مواقف السيارات بشكل يومي مع إنك ما تستخدم هالخدمة وبيخصمون منك سعر البترول وبيخصمون منك يوم تتجاوز السيارة كيلومترات معينية يعني فوق الايجار اليومي اللي بتدفعة بيحطون عليك رسوم ثانية مع الضريبة يعني بتكون صيدة لهم وابشركم خدمة العملاء زبالة نفس ويههم. This app is kind of thief they will deduct from you for each step you do starting from adding your visa card as a payment method until you end your reservation, they will let you daily pay for a parking, fuel, extra miles, insurance and more beside the car rental fee which will appears to you when you search for a car …. This company is a fraud one and the customer service is the most worse one. DON’t BE A VECTOM BY USING THIER CARS …I HAVE WARNED YOU !!!

I have rented a car from U drive. I met with a minor accident. Small dent on car bonnet. I got charged for Aed 1,950. Worst company I have ever seen. I have attached pic of dent as well. My humble request to everyone who is renting a car from them should stop. Customer service is totally worst. I gave my review about bad service of Udrive a week ago. When they have charged me for Aed 1,950 for minor dent and I have also added pictures. I have made request to them to reevaluate charges. I have sent them emails on their customer support. But nobody responded me. So I called them they answered me they are still waiting for response from their back end team. I urge to people don't rent a car from them. They are the worst company. If anyone has doubt then they can check my last review as well. Customer service is too bad. They are not supportive. Too bad experience.

It gets you in a loop when you want to change the password but never let you change it in iOS

I just randomly received a message that 5.5 aed was deducted from my account!!!!! I haven’t even used the app again and just received this message today what a scam! There is not even a mobile number or to contact anyone on the app
