I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from one of your employees during a call that took place at 9:54 am on March 23rd. I regret to inform you that he exhibited the utmost level of unprofessionalism and was incredibly rude throughout our conversation. To provide some context, I had previously requested a trip report for the period from March 1st to March 22nd, and despite making this request five days ago, I was sent an incorrect report that started from February 10th instead. This discrepancy was clearly communicated to your representative, yet he failed to rectify the situation and sent me the same incorrect report again. This level of negligence and disregard for a customer's request is unacceptable. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the horrendous experience I had with your rent car service. I rented a Ford Focus, which unexpectedly broke down in the middle of the street and MY LIFE WAS UNDER THREAT. Consequently, I had to terminate the trip prematurely and switch to another car, a Suzuki Ciaz. Unfortunately, the Suzuki Ciaz proved to be in an appalling condition, infested with insects and emitting an unpleasant smell. Disturbed by these conditions, I immediately contacted your customer service for assistance. The representative I spoke with advised me to end the trip with the Suzuki Ciaz and assured me that the unused time would be deducted accordingly. However, this turned out to be a false promise. When I reached out to your employee for clarification and requested a refund for the unused hours, he responded in a condescending manner, accusing me of solely seeking a refund. I requested to speak with his manager, but he claimed that the manager was unavailable and made derogatory comments suggesting that I would have to wait an unreasonably long time to reach them. Moreover, when I asked Michael for his complete name in order to lodge a formal complaint, he blatantly refused to provide it. This behavior further reflects his unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I must emphasize that I have booked a total of four cars from your company, and out of those four, two have been nothing short of disastrous. Considering the amount I have paid, which exceeds 5000 dirham, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of both your service and vehicles. I will never repeat this experience again

اريد ان اوضح وانبه ابدا مراح أستأجر منهم ابدا ابدا ابدا مقدر اكتب كلام يقاضوني فيه بس تفاجات بطلب مبلغ مو من حقهم ولا يوضح السبب ويقل فيزتك عليك احذر 🇸🇦
