Amazingly cheap and convenient solution to drive around the UAE. I find the app straightforward and fairly easy to use. Cars are clean, new and Customer service is helpful whenever you have a request.

Location map is not accurate

In theory the service is nice but application is very limited in functions, can’t see and update ur profile or credit card. Be careful, so many rules and penalties applies, car between emirates, parking, payment issue... (which call center refers you to Terms and conditions when you mentioned things are not clear). Car was dirty. Fuel recharge process manual, no way to see credit, payment history. Toll free number not working (warning message appears in Terms and conditions).

Not worth to use. Easy registration but then so many trouble to take a car, or book it. Customer never care. Never respond email neither calls.

Customer care just never reply to emails - they charge you HUGE fines for almost everything... and they will never reply to your requests

They’re so fraud . So many hidden charges, what’s this ? I would suggest to stay away
