UPS couriers can’t make proper delivery to the address, although they mark my packages as delivered. UPS is not responding on my complaints. No one cares. And all these people still have their jobs, salaries, bonuses, social packages… Crazy world.
Vous etes NUL !!! Aussi bien pour effectuer une livraison : c’est pourtant votre métier que pour faire un site internet : ZERO !!! Allez donc balayer les rues ou planter des patates 🤨👎👊

my package arrived ups tried to deliver but nak had no one at home. rescheduled but did not deliver at the time described. I need my package and I've been without my package and my money for a week, and I'm in trouble because I urgently need the product.
Will not allow any interaction or editing. I received an undelivered message. The message said to edit my address however the site and the app does not allow for this. I had to call support to address the false issue. Very frustrating app, please improve for the user

The app was ok. No big deal but working fine until this last actualization. The app don’t even open.
Pior transportadora que pode existir a minha encomenda era suposto ter chegado a 1 semana ate agora nada a incompetência desta transportadora é surreal de preferência que nunca mais fiquem responsaveis por uma encomenda minha
Send parcel to another adress…wow. I tried to claim but errors. Very bad service.
This app doesn’t work can’t do nothing. Ups have a bad customer service.
