Worst app ever.
If we as users can’t do anything on the app, why bother putting it here anyway?

Ruin my ******* day
Can’t manage deliveries
Use safari or any other browser instead; you can’t do anything with this other than look at your deliveries.
Don’t even bother
Warning: Trying to use this will spoil your day
App doesn’t allow management of parcels
I was forced to sign up for My Choice and download the app because they said the app would allow me to see and manage my parcels. But ... the app shows there are no deliveries pending. But when I copy and paste the tracking number, the parcel appears in my parcel history. But it still doesn’t allow me to manage the delivery time. I am confused.
Complete waste of time
A totally useless App which didn’t even show me my upcoming deliveries or allow me to make amendments. Absolutely pointless. i was forced to give it 1Star but really should be rated Nil Stars!
Pretty Much Useless
UPS can’t seem to keep the information updated. Don’t really bother liaising with you and they can’t even give you an estimated time for delivery other than a “by end of day”.
Misinformation leading to non-delivery of parcel
1. Mobile app indicated no delivery today, yet your deliveryman attempted a delivery today when I was not at home. 2. Mobile app did not allow me to reschedule the delivery. 3. Mobile requires me to change delivery address while providing feedback. Really? Your service is horrendous and your mobile app is equally inept. Your company deserves to be replaced by delivery drones.
Dumbest app ever!!!
Can’t even sign up!! Just going through the T&C requires endless scrolling! I give up!
