Good example of a bad app
Where do I begin? Clumsy mobile UI. Was this even tested before it was released? There is no way this would even pass the simplest of go-live readiness or usability testing. Doesn’t work for current IOS. Enter details and it won’t save because it is always “experiencing technical difficulties”. Doesn’t display current shipment details - which is odd because isn’t that the point of a mobile app? UPS hire someone who knows how to build apps instead of just throwing something out there that’s unproven just to say you have an app.
App sucks. UPS sucks
First off, app does not work. Just the same as how nobody at UPS works. They are all worthless idiots running the worlds most dishonest inaccurate shipping company.
I have never had a good experience using UPS. I have also never experienced this app working properly. Ever.
Shipping preferences are bugged and do not properly save between app and website leaving your packages in limbo.
Support is non existent. There is nowhere to leave complaints, and all phone lines connect you to a kind lady that does not deserve the constant onslaught of negativity that UPS generates.
Y’all better smarten up. Terrible company.

Nothing about the app is good
They make me make an account to which it won’t let me log in and anything I want to do like schedule a delivery or let the driver know something will be met with a stupid log in promt where IT WONT LET ME MAKE OR LOG IN
stupid app waste of money I spent 400$+ on shipping and I get a box thrown around and beaten and a stupid driver who doesn’t even ring the door bell and doesn’t deliver my package , terrible service terrible app terrible company
Not delivered on front door
Item was left on bottom steps. I have broken hands and driver will not bring item upstairs. Finally he helps me bring it up. Service was poor.
The worst
This is the worst company App I have ever tried to use. It keeps giving me error messages and , come back later, messages when I try to simply track my shipment using a tracking number.

Such a useless organisation and service! N number of times dates are changed. Delivery guys lie about the delivery and situation. No proper way to reach anyone responsible. Fedex is 100 times better than these guys!

Worst delivery ever. Still i don’t have my package, looks like it’s stolen. Operators always lie to me, they say about helping me, but after they do nothing, i cancel all my plans and not one day just sit at home and wait. But i see looks like no one care here about customers. You think your customer is not humans, just stupid creatures and that’s why you don’t respect us
