UPS:n seurantasovellus on ollut aiemmin ihan hyvä. Se oli helppokäyttöinen ja pysyi sisään kirjautuneena, joten pakettien seuraaminen oli vaivatonta. Nykyään sovellus on täysi katastrofi. Se pyytää kirjautumaan uudelleen joka kerta, kun avaan sen.
Mobile app is worst what I have seen in a decade, must be coded by drunken monkey. User experience is so poor that I will take this as an example of missing UX design. If I would be in leading position at UPS, I would remove it immediately.
Worst app ever! Gongratulations for that. Is zero star possible?
Kind of funny that first lines are something like ”we know that you are buzy” and then you spent hours to get the app work properly and fail eventually.
I can’t believe that in 2023 some company’s online services and app can work this poorly. Incredible.
The app is not even opening and I was the whole time at home on the day ups told that they have tried to deliver. The same thing happens every time, even when I was living in another address.
Asiakas ei voi antaa saapuvan lähetykseen mitään tietoa eikä prosessiin voi puuttua. Tuskaisena saa seurata miten asiat menee pieleen. Ei soiteta asiakkaalle eikä lähetetä viestiä. Ilmeisesti toimitaan paperikirjeillä
En jatkossa myöskään tilaa heidän kauttaaan kun paketit eivät tule. Sovellus ihan kuraaa
Pitäisi olla asiakasnumero, sitä ei löydy mistään? Miksi se ei voisi olla puhelin numero +358- UPS APP:illa ei tee mitään kuluttaja käytössä, kun ei löydä mistään Asiakasnumerosi? Olen rekisteröitynyt www sivuille, silti en pysty yhdistämään sitä tähän APP:iin. Lukeekohan näitä viestejä kukaan, kun arvostelut on vaan edelleen alle 2 tähteä? Isoilla firmoilla laiva kääntyy hitaasti
After reading the reviews I still wanted to give this app a try, but I couldn’t even log in. What’s the point if you can’t even get through the log in process?! I logged in with google just to get to another login page. Also UPS said it was failed delivery while I was home and no phone call, nothing.
