😡 HATE UPS.

Update:almost late by hours or days every single delivery. Driver was literally 2 streets from me then randomly drove 3 miles away for some reason.

Keep logging me out

Your stupid app keep logging me out almost every day, I added me address to see upcoming packages, but not working, I have 4 packages coming today and non of them show on “to me” I have to loaded manually to track them

Worst app

Awful app, you’d think with what UPS charges they’d be able to develop something that doesn’t remind me of a high school computer science project

I really don’t like the latest version of the app. It looks confusing, like the information doesn’t all fit on the screen.

Absolutely worst app

Every hour it needs to relogin. Tracking not working which is the sole purpose of the app

Drivers ignore instructions on the app and cannot customize delivery similar to FedEx app

The app is pretty much useless. The drivers never follow the delivery instructions. Also, the app does not let me customize delivery options which is so easy to do on the FedEx app.

Scam

Want people to join my choice premium membership to get more delivery instructions options, but still showing the same things. No extra options and no please the leave your notes on it. Asking for refund and they told me that I have technical issues on my app. It shows the same thing on the app and the website. There’s NO extra option! DO NOT JOIN THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP, ITS A SCAM!!

How does this app get past the app store! Follow my delivery is a joke. Says future delivery date and on same page says out for delivery. No quality control went into app for useful purpose and intent. My Choice, features not even part of app. Customer service. Zero Stars. Constantly logs you out. TEAMSTERS WIN is why cost saving measures are reflected in dismal app

There is no use for this app, the website has more functionality, is faster, and gives you slightly more control over how they sell your data. UPS truly is the worst

New app is garbage

I have an account. No option to stay logged in. When I open the app, it automatically gives an am error that it can’t show any details. Then it tries to do FaceID, it fails. Then do a second time and it works. There seems to be no option to remember the login, but it almost seems like it tries to use credentials but it immediately fails. IDK, this new app isn’t very good at all.
