I’m not able to login via App , every time it gives me to verify the email. All troubleshooting from my end has been done without any resolution.

I just got banned for no reason

Identity verification glitch

I don’t care if it’s a glitch or not, I’ve submitted my identity dozens of times and it keeps asking for more! They are not accepting my ID verification and I’ve tried using my national ID, my driver’s license and my freaking VISA!! I don’t even know how to directly talk to someone in charge rather than a stupid bot. I am trying to understand what is so wrong with my IDs for you to reject it 15 time!! Ideal jobs keep getting taken away due to your unprofessional delay. Way to make an app!

App UI styling disappeared

Hello , I wanted to let you know that I’m facing a UI/UX problem in Upwork Talent app, the styling of the whole app is no more visible, no font styles , no colors and everything is in black, even the rating stars are shown in black color I tried to contact support but the chat bot wasn’t helpful at all

1. Its extremely hard to find a job! 2. Connects (currency paid to send a proposals) are very expensive to buy! 3. Clients request high number of connects and its not refundable of you didn’t get accepted!

Accessibility issues

I’m very happy using upwork tallent, and am thinking to upgrade to Free lancer + Am using it on IOS with VOice over as my screen reader, i sent many requests from about a year to upwork developpers to fix some important bugs in upwork tallent on ios, for the following: can not set an hourly rate when applying for a job. can not create milestones. buttons are not labeled on messaging screen. so please please fix these errors soon.

It’s good app but not secure at all Only kid’s making requests honestly maybe it’s bad luck but only scammers that i met them !

Group of thieves

That ‘s bad app and fraud people… and a group of thieves earn money from people which you want to work after they finish its work as like fees or something else…. Please, don’t download this or work through it or transfer any money to him Thanks H.S

Money reflect

The money that I get paid from the job contract doesn’t reflect into my Upwork account so , I can’t withdraw. Customer support doesn’t understand me and can’t help me … I’m so upset!
