Only scamers on this page! A shame and waste of time
Too much scam and the real companies takes an eternity to answer emails I haven’t got a single real lead. I’ve been invited to apply hundreds times and is a scam On YouTube people making money without the “premium” membership have to have smell for scammers. Isn’t a safe place to post your product and information
It has been a week since I opened an account with Upwork. I have not received identity verification pop up or notification. There is no support (customer service or email), where I can get a response from real human. Chatbot doesnt understand questions beyond standard FAQs. What i have heard is that you have a higher chance of winning a project is your agency or freelancer has been verified. So. The wait is on. If I dont hear back soon, i am planning to cancel my membership.

I remember testing the waters with UpWork a year ago as a freelancer. Personally, I just think it’s stupid that you have to pay for their “connects” just so you can apply to jobs. That’s giving UpWork more money and not us. Go to Fiverr instead. It’s completely free and you won’t have to look for the clients. The clients will be looking for you.
I don’t have enough contacts to apply for new job . What can I do??
I attempted to create an account FIVE TIMES, and each attempt failed. I reached out to customer support, and they assured me I would receive a response within 24 hours. Now, a week has passed, and I've still heard nothing. It's unacceptable to support a company that fails to assist its users.
My account keeps getting suspended by doing the jobs that the app allows to get posted. They should have a better vetting process for jobs and clients if so many of them turn out to be ‘scams.’ I used to love doing jobs on here but they take such a big cut of the profits that it’s better to meet the client on Upwork and then communicate and get paid off-Upwork. Also, the connects are getting to be useless because you have to use like 20 of them ($3) to boost yourself for a single job.
