App doesn’t work as it should. Everything is laggy, messages don’t type properly, notifications don’t work properly, pages don’t reload. Guys I understand, you had a good web site and wanted to create an App based on web interface. But it clearly doesn’t work. On windows and on iOS. The biggest software development community on the market can not build responsive app. Fix your apps, we don’t need skill badges and several profiles for different skills, we don’t need features. We need a stable app.

Troubled messenger
Please fix the app’s messenger. After the last update it’s impossible to send messages, the app is lagging like crazy. UpWork itself is a great platform but dear app devs fix your last update or roll it back to the previous one
Fix please
The app does not work well, freezes, and takes a long time to load. Messages also load poorly and lag. Notifications arrive every once in a while. Also it often gives an error when you try to add job post to favorites.

CLIENTS CAN STOLE YOUR MONEY EASILY
I closed a successfully order. And did whole work on this project. Client closed order and was happy. My money (600$) was cleared on 5th day. But I trusted UPWORK and didn’t touch money, left it on upwork. After 2 weeks client charged back money with no consent from my side. And UPWORK just gave him back all 600$ and didn’t even told me. Although I proved support that I have successfully finished work with all files and screenshots of chat with client where he said that he is happy with work, but UPWORK didn’t help me to return money. It’s been 4 months since that, but still no help from Upwork. Now I am afraid to work on Upwork because any time your money for completed job can be just taken away.

Messages do not work, they never load

Message experience is extremely poor, search doesn’t load pages, once opened files don’t stay in memory, notifications are unstable. You really need to do something with that, I always move to web mobile version because it works as it should.
