First day at it
It’s a mountain to climb. First day took ages to complete the workout. This is not a 1 hour routine for 90 days, feels like you need to be a full time gym junky just to qualify. I considered myself entry level in terms of fitness. I have an active job in construction and joined just to lose a bit of belly fat. I fall under the ‘skinny fat’ category. Hoping it’ll get better, but at this rate it’s not sustainable. 30 days to prove me wrong 😅
No answer from support
They just don’t answer you, but you receive a lot of commercial, feels unnatural and like you never got anything, they just want more of your money. Give me my money back, I want out. I wrote this the same day I bought it, but I’m still in. What do I do?

Be careful with this app. Their support did not answer after several email send to them. Asking to cancel the subscription before 30 days. No answer, no money refund.
Vshred
My first execise day. Feels very good to complete the training. The different exercises was easy to understand with the videos in the VSHRED app.
Too much hassle for everyday use
To use it as an app to look at the workouts is tedious. Too many windows you have to go through, your plan is one part of 3 where there are promotions everywhere and even when you’re 40 days in the “startup” video is still the main video on your plan. There is always a pop up of consent no matter how many times you’ve pressed it, it always reappears when you open the app. They have the back button at the bottom of every exercise instead of on the top left which every other app, page and program uses - so if you press up in the left for back you end up at the main page rather than going back to your workout plan. They need to make this more user friendly for working out and less for promotions
Vshred is the best!
This review is not about the app, but about the leader and creator of this app. Vince Sant. There is som speculations about his reputation from YouTube bloggers. But for me he is to be trusted. He knows what he is telling about. He is a good trainer. Vince rolls 🤘 The app is good. Nice design and understandable content. You get what you pay for, and often even more.

I have never experienced such a pushy app. The only thing this one does is to spam you with «super special offers». I would not recommend anyone to download this scam of an app 👎🏻
