This it’s the best workout app I’ve ever tryed
Effective program
When you get over the aggressive advertising and constant up selling, there’s some great advice and workouts with recipes
DISSAPOINTED BY THIS APP. DO NOT BUY IT
They offer in their website and promotional videos a 30 money back guarantee that it is a SCAM. I am willing to get a refund and I cannot get it.

, it’s my first day, still a little confuse the app as there are too many offers to buy new workout plans when I haven’t started the one I bought yet, and I haven’t found the platform where it would help me to plan my diet during the workout, and I’ve got say, day 1 is bloody hard , I can’t fell my legs !! But I guess this is what we all signed in for right ?!
Poor explanation
It is suppose to last 15 min and I spent 40. It is not clear how to do the circuit.

I haven’t been using the app for a while and when i wanted to re-inter it blocked me without a reason
