Measurement
I’m a bit disappointed because of the system of measurement. I’m from Europe and I don’t understand inches and lbs. The app should offer the chance to change this.
One year!
I am doing 25 minutes of sport four times a week with Vince for over a year and it is amazing! I am toned and feeling great in my body. Thank you for all the support!

Hard exercises but good. Diversity. Good details in exercises explanations.

I haven’t been using the app for a while and when i wanted to re-inter it blocked me without a reason

First day
It was really something. I will continue to fight to get in good shape. Workout was unbelievable.
Amazing workout
I do the gym workouts for the fat loss program and each cycle is great. They change up the workouts at just the right time so you don’t get burned out on the same workout over and over again. Yes you need to push yourself so if you can’t do that then this is not the program for you but I love it. Thank you guys for an amazing program!!!
Worth every penny
Found lots of subscription based apps, but this can work with any one’s schedule putting in wanting effort.
