The company tricks you to buy a refundable program $57, but without consent charges you $67 for a non-refundable custom diet program you didn’t approve! Even if you request the refund of the unauthorized custom diet program the same day it was charged, they refuse to do it! Additionally, the program is misleading, it makes you believe you won’t need to buy the company’s supplements, but it is not true. According the the previous emails they sent, supplements are a key factor for the success of the program. Those supplements are expensive, proprietary of the company and only available in the US!!!! And all that IMPORTANT information wasn’t stated upfront! Really ugly business practice!

It was really something. I will continue to fight to get in good shape. Workout was unbelievable.
Amazing workout
I do the gym workouts for the fat loss program and each cycle is great. They change up the workouts at just the right time so you don’t get burned out on the same workout over and over again. Yes you need to push yourself so if you can’t do that then this is not the program for you but I love it. Thank you guys for an amazing program!!!
Worth every penny
Found lots of subscription based apps, but this can work with any one’s schedule putting in wanting effort.
Can’t Access the App
I received the notification to download the app, tried to login with my email and password. Nope. Tried to request password reset… nope. Tried setting up profile in the app… Nope.
Tried chat function… no answers. To be fair, I haven’t tried calling yet, but I really shouldn’t have to.
It’s really great!
I’m 55 and exercise doesn’t come naturally. This app is no-nonsense. The instructions are clear. The workouts are tight. There’s even live chat when I have questions. Lots more to explore with diet and supps. I’m glad to have this on the home page of my phone.
