Won’t connect
As soon as I’m away from the house it won’t connect. And then when it finaly does no videos to show. Delayed aswell even when at home. It’s good for first 12 months that’s it

3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Why the ads?
Why with today’s update do I get a forced ad displayed every time I open the app? Please remove the ad as it’s very annoying.

Very disappointed half the time it doesn’t connect with my wifi I’ve tried several times to reset and it makes no difference
Absolutely hopeless
I have been struggling with this entire setup for nearly 12 months. Nightmare. It will work fine for a week or 2 and then nothing but a struggle with a different problem each time. The problem at the moment is that I have been kicked out of accessing my app even though I still get notification of movement!! I need a camera due to an abusive neighbour…. Completely useless system.

Does not capture all movements. Everytime there is an upgrade to fix bugs and issues it get worse. I wish I never bought the POS

Do not go near these people they lie , purchased doorbell said free playback , then after a while playback stopped and they said ,I have to subscribe to Cloud for playback . They do not reply to you , just a bad company , asked for refund , ignored . Just liars .
Camera Feedback
This camera has been working well 3 months ago. now the speaker is not working. Don’t know why speaker started intermittent voice breaking on few days and it stopped completely. mic is working fine. hope someone can help to rectify the problem.
