Wrong date and time

AppleAddictIsHere on

Actual recording is off by 4 hours (i am in GMT+4) so it seems it’s not taking my timezone into account.

App will not open. Troubleshooting guide in mandarin.

So often, you have issues like this with products like this. I have amended my prior review because, for some reason, the app started working, as did the device.

Ruined it. Avoid.

Diogodagua on

Used to sync flawlessly with Apple Health. Then they tried to update the app … as other users note: it no longer syncs to Apple Health. Going back to a competitor product/app that works with Apple. Why do developers do this???

Blood pressure check

New version 2.30.74 Doesn’t synch data to IHealth on iPhone last 3days Today date 6/24/2024

Just OK

rs2sensen on

United States

This app used to be much better. What is frustrating is that when you use it with a blood pressure monitor, it takes the whole history and dumps it to one user. An older version could have you state with user was which data point, but now there is no way to move the data from one user to another.

Alarm on Pulse Rate when I’m in range

Steboner on

United States

So I set my low pulse rate to 50 and high pulse rate to 120. This app sets off an alarm when my pulse rate is 70. The development team needs to fix this app. Until then, the rating stays at 1 since I couldn’t give it a 0.

Can no longer set ranges for pulse

catlkate on

United States

So I don’t know if it is because of my new Apple iPhone 15 or if it was an update in the app, but I can no longer set the ranges for the highs and low ranges of pulse rate. O2 still works, but the pulse won’t set. I’m not sure if it’s because of the new rings and the oxylinks are no longer connected to the old ring finger oximeter or not. I only know every time I set the heart rate to 70 and back out it alarms at 60 even though the high is 70 and the low is 45. Contacted wellU /they said there is a new version but when I go to the App Store it doesn’t have an update there do download.

PR Reminder Fails

HisLittleOne on

United States

The PR reminder on this app is worthless. I turned it on and then set the parameters but then when I go back to the main screen, the PR reminder on the ring constantly turns off, this is a very important feature to me and I hope the developers will fix this problem.

Pulse Rate not working

Ria7& on

United States

Several customers including my self are experiencing an issue with setting the pulse rate threshold. The app is not allowing this function to work, very upsetting as this is the reason I purchased it for the alarm to notify me when my oxygen and pulse fall under the threshold while I’m sleeping. No one was answered to how and when this will be fixed

Could be a good app

Jwb36 on

United States

Has trouble connecting to my oxygen ring. The last update broke my device so it no longer functions . Waiting for an update. App needs to be tested better before a major update. I would have said 4 stars without these issues.
