Blood pressure doesn’t work with apple health

Blood pressure is not synced over to apple health making the app pointless for the “checkme BP3 C1” device.

Oximeter

I have the finger/ wrist Oximeter to measure my oxygen sats also my heart rate when I am moving. I can print out reports to show the levels in the form of a graph.

Using with Babytone o2 sensor

No alerts / alarm / notifications if heart rate drops below the warning level. Defeats the object of being able to use your phone. Needs fixing asap! I have tried it on 2 iPads and 2 phones

Alerts don’t work when phone is locked

I bought this to monitor my 5 year old but if my phone is locked I don’t get any alerts. It is not practical to have your phone unlocked all the time. Can this be something to look into? A phone notification would be much better so that the phone can be locked but notifications still come through.

What happened to the dashboard, since the upgrade you can not see the current data

Daily blood oxygen charts useless

I purchased the oxymeter so I could print monthly charts for my health care professional. All I can do is print one chart per test session. This means for every test I do per day I get a chart for each test. I need to print a monthly chart showing all data over a monthly period. How do I do this or amend this app to print monthly charts.

Sinus Tachycardia - app defect.

The ECG function allows AI analysis resulting in a report. The results which display “Sinus Rhythm” remain present with the AI report available. However those which result in “Sinus Tachycardia” shortly revert to the previous status before AI was performed. Instead the View report button changes back to AI Analysis which forever claims “AI Analysis in progress, please check back later” - this never completes or changes back to the original AI Sinus Tachycardia status/report. Please kindly investigate and resolve. Many thanks.

Wellue do not do refunds

Faulty product. Sent photo's, serial number etc, product does not work, awful reviews, scammers beware.

New update terrible

I have found this app really useful until now for my baby son. The new detail including time and percentages for each reading was extra helpful. However since the latest update, my app has stopped reading and stopped downloading the data so it’s making the device almost useless.

Not working

Since new version is not working at all i need to see my baby’s data as she is sick but i can not do with this program….
