Looks good however…

Fine app with good intentions. The add to apple wallet doesn’t work for my boarding pass - just reports an error each time
Getting error massage when trying to check in on app. Cheched in on website instead, but cannot get boarding pass in app. Still saying “We can’t check you in at the time…”
The flight aspect of the app is great, simple and intuitive. The Flying Club aspect is very complicated, and it would be very nice to be able to add your flying club card to Apple Wallet, just as you can on Deltas app.
This is one of the most awful apps I’ve had ever had the misfortune to use. If you sort reviews by the most recent, you’ll see that I’m not alone because there’s loads and loads of one star reviews. Clearly, Virgin haven’t user-tested properly and subsequent updates seem to have done absolutely nothing to improve the situation, which is even more alarming. It’s taken me over 30 minutes and six attempts to register and login. Now I’ve done this, it seems to login okay but the app is prone to crashing, it’s overly complex and quite frankly unintuitive and user unfriendly. What’s even more annoying is that the reward points you accumulate only last for a measly 12 months. Having flown to New York in July and planning a further visit to the US in August, it will mean I’ve lost all my points. So much for rewarding customer loyalty and why I’m now considering flying with someone else. On the part of the app where it asks for feedback and gives you a number of options (one of which is “other”), it gives you a pathetic 50 characters to explain your choice of rating. Virgin clearly aren’t interested in feedback. Virgin used to be a great brand putting customers first and making life easy for them. No longer. I could go on with further criticism but other users have picked a lot of this up in their reviews and, quite frankly, I have more important things to do in my life. Poor show Virgin.
Downloaded to allow me to manage my upcoming flight - regardless whether logged in or not, every time I try and load my flight details, it shuts the app down. Only way I can get access is via a browser. Same on both iOS and iPadOS.
I must apologise for leaving the one star review. It was my fault why the app wasn’t working. I was inputting the wrong password and that’s why I kept getting the error message. Sorry.
Quite like the app but the Face ID has stopped working on iPhone which is a pain hence dropping a star.
Constantly forgets your login, insists to login you supply email, name and password, frequently loses your trips, doesn’t synch across phones or the web. Just designed to be bad really
This is a poor example of app development, eg. try to enter the airport departure for barbados and it’s either Grantley Adams International Bridgetown or Bridgetown Barbados depending on which page you’re working on. Cookie reject buttons don’t work, booking references are “forgotten” when making transitions within the app… The list is endless. Someone needs to get a grip and sort this messy piece of software out. If only the app matched the in air experience…☹️
When the app works it’s does what it says on the tin, however i continually have issues logging in on my iPhone and iPad, it either comes back saying temporarily unavailable or that my password is incorrect, however when I go through desktop everything works fine so these are obviously not the issues!
