Flying Club card not adding to Apple Wallet
It is so frustrating that such a good airlines app has this problem that I am not able to add my flying club membership card to my Apple wallet! Pls fix this issue!

Excellent Services
We are extremely happy the way the entire staff serves passengers right from ticket booking till completion of journey. The experience with which the passenger leaves with is unmatched as compared to any other airlines! Thanks teams and keep it up!!!
USA stay details
While the details for flier’s stay in USA are required, the page doesn’t have Zip code field. So web checkin from App is not possible. Wasted 2 hours of my time then shifted to PC and sorted the issue.

No boarding pass! Why ?
Lousy App
I literally didn’t find this app of any use, can’t even check-in or simple operations like viewing boarding pass. There is always some or the other problems with this app, needs big time improvement.

Not able to sign in on the mobile app.
Tried several times in mobile app & on website not able to sign in in to my account.
Seat selection
The App does not give the passenger the option to select the seat on a 10 hour flight!!! How strange and unprofessional in this day and age of hyper competition.
Amazing but...
I am just bummed about the whole seat selection process being changed. Charging for seats selection was always for low cost airlines not a premium airline like Virgin Atlantic
