The selection of birth date and passport dates on check in are particularly not user friendly. Be easier to simply type in the dates than scroll

This is the first time I am traveling with Virgin and it has been an absolute pleasure.
Super frustrated
Simply unable, after multiple attempts to sign up to Virgin club: keep getting told “password invalid”. NO logic or further instructions 🙈🙈🙈

The App is extremely slow and does not have manage my booking functionality

Very unfriendly and the worst I have seen
User creation
I have tried multiple time to create a user in order to use the app. None of my attempts have been successful. Keep on getting a G012 error saying my user was not created and I need to try again later. Very frustrated.
App difficulties
The airline is wonderful. Good food and services. The app is not working properly for me as I’m trying to create an account but every time I do, it always is unable to do so.
