Straight forward except it took three tried to get state in residence and checked bag fro Janet Lincoln not shown.

I can’t search for airports!

The search for airports does not return any results! So frustrating.

Loading issues.

Can’t access my flights. It won’t stop loading. Same thing when trying to book flights.

“Add to wallet” BROKEN

“Add to apple wallet“ button is broken; always returns an error, so need to use the app itself to present the boarding pass. But then the app keeps refreshing and greying out the screen, including right when the airline staff is trying to scan the boarding pass. Good thing I manually took a screenshot of my boarding pass as a backup.

Could not login

Had to check in for a flight and the app would not log me in. I know all the necessary info and tried multiple times. Error message said nothing helpful. Just try again later. I did it still failed. Problems like this can not happen. I will avoid virgin Atlantic as I consider this a fatal mistake. Also had the Same problem on an android device so probably related to my account.

Unable to get hold of anyone to talk to A death in the family meant I needed to change flight. Went to the customer service website on Facebook and they wanted me to enter my credit card details at western union to prove it was me flying. This was a scam website trying to steal my details. No one to talk to, unable to check in on the website. Never, never again. Had to book with another airline to fly home. It never used to be this bad

Horrible

I have tried for days to select a gluten free meal for the flight and the App sends me in circles. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I have purchased my own gluten free meal to bring with me because I don’t want to travel 10 hours without eating. I attempted to call Virgin Atlantic and the phone system would not allow me to communicate with a human. If I could give Virgin Atlantic a ZERO I would!

What is the point? Doesn’t load

What is the point of having this app if it doesn’t even load. What a worthless app, the whole department should be fired. Makes flying with you impossible

App is very slow

It takes forever to check in on virgins app. It keeps circling to look up three members of passengers it took me 40 minutes to check in.
