Cannot use it in China

It just doesn’t connect in China

Unable to load anything

We are able to connect to VPN, but unable to load anything online or use APPs functionally. Please fix it asap, or else this service is not worthy to its high subscription fee. The service has not been working since July

Plz fix connection freeze when updating

Every time I update ExpressVPN from the App Store, god forbids if my the VPN is connected. If it is, my whole phone freezes. The ExpressVPN app shows that it's "disconnected" and my Settings shows the VPN toggle is off, but I effectively have no wifi connection. It's so frustrating it's made me interrupt my work to write this. There is no way to unstuck my phone except restarting it. Reconnecting to the wifi doesn't work, neither does going Airplane mode and then reconnecting. Why can't this app update seamlessly like any other regular apps? Do I have to be careful to manually disconnect the VPN whenever I update it? ugh....

Poor networking

Always failed to connect but this apps cost very expensive.

Excellent support, large amount of vpn servers all over thr globe, very stable and easy to use.

TERRIBLE

I used to use Express VPN loyally for a few years but since 2022 the VPN has been terrible , I couldn’t get a refund and I have changed VPN providers because of this. The customer service is also terrible , they make you keep running in circles until the problem is never solved. Never looking back to use express VPN again. Money and time wasted down the drain.
