I paid the amount needed and then it worked maybe 3 time and then not again. Please, if you are in China, this is NOT the option for you. Money wasted!!!! And it was alot since you have to pay a year in advance. Scam I tell you!
VPN comes and goes making utilisation of internet nearly impossible!
I downloaded and paid for this useless VPN a day before travelling to China. It does not work at all. It keeps on connecting and reconnecting all the time! I can’t access my WhatsApp or other restricted social media’s in China. I want my money back, I’m going to download a better VPN. This one is useless. Thank you.

Very frustrated as all efforts to get in touch with support is fruitless.
I’ve been a long time(6year) Express VPN user and their services has been HORRIBLE over last year. Connectivity is poor, the app shows that you’re connected but actually you’re not. If you’re traveling to China DO NOT consider Express go for Astrill VPN they’re one of the only VPN’s that actually work here.
Constantly battling with South African server. When connecting to South African server, Speeds are slow, delayed and certain websites and app stores blocked. When connecting to a different server outside South Africa everything works fine, even speeds are better. When accessing same sites and apps store without the vpn then everything works fine. Reported South African server numerous times to the expressvpn team and numerous times changed protocol and devices. Same issues, just different day.
