How come that I renew my subscription of chart folio, paid 40€ for that and internet AIS - another 25€ annually and I can not use it on my iPad or iPhone. Renewal nor download do not work. I have reported the thin do app’ developer and Apple apps store, but nobody seems to care. Don’t you want my money?
My iPad is not receiving data from Kontek pilot plug/ antena. I bought charts on baltic sea. Also subscribed all necesery patches to make it working. Without success. I tried to connected with the customer suport about this but your web Page can not open/ load.
Bought again subscription fot consecutive year but it does not work. And chart corrections do not work. This aplication is a waste of money
I’ve bought a chart of Croatia,they took the money ,I have active subscription but I can’t access the chart. They answer after few days but don’t solve the problem.

One year ago I bought charts for a huge price with promise of lifetime upgrades. Now, without a word you want me to pay again for everything the same price annually. And you didn’t give me what I’ve paid for. This is just a scum! You can be sure that all my money for navigation charts will go to Garmin now.
Sorry I use your app as it was promised to receive free updates to the purchased maps. For sure I would not pay once more for the charts I already purchased. I would rather move to Navionics. Shame on you!
I have ordered the Atlantic Ocean chart on Nov 12, 2018. After installation of new version of application, I have found that I have to pay for an update of this chart. Have you ever consider that is the unfair client treatment? Shame on you. I would like to apply for the money back! Slawomir
Just like many existing opinions. I bought your maps since you offered them for one time fee without any subscription. Right now you changing rules of the game saying our deal is fake. Poor you. Nice try and goodbye ...
Bardzo dobra aplikacja. Korzystam od kilku lat. I za to 2 gwiazdki bo powinna być jedna - za nową politykę aktualizacji map. Do tej pory kupując mapę miałem ją aktualizowaną co roku. Teraz muszę za to płacić i to nie mało - dla 6 map, które mam ponad 200 euro/rok... Szkoda...
