Very good way to save and spend

Super simple app to transact any thing . I love it .

The latest version looks good , it doesn’t crash at all . But still we cannot redeem points in app . And still there is no option for real time alerts for transactions. This is very frustrating

If u have westpac online banking for u r act then just have this app it has all the functions which are present in their regular website.You can even complete u r transactions,transfer funds and manage all your account on the go.The app is just awesome and comes very handy when we don't have a system with us for banking.

This app is poorly designed, requiring an excessive number of steps to view recent transactions. The ‘Transactions’ section under ‘Accounts’ displays only completed transactions, inexplicably omitting pending ones. Additionally, every page requires a full reload, making it feel more like a basic webpage than a modern app. Overall, it comes across as a disjointed collection of features with little consideration for user experience or intuitive design.

So this is legitimately the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve had to change my password 2 in a week because that was the only working way of getting into my account. Because for some reason it doesn’t remember that I just changed my password. I have 1 account saved to this app, why is telling my account details aren’t correct? Try logging in and get stuck on a loading screen forever. Not a good app. How about we get some good programmer on this and take ourselves into the 21st century. My grandparents use online banking this should be your priority not your dyeing branches.

Awesome app, but is becoming more bloated and sluggish lately. Transferring funds between goals is no longer instant (takes 5 minutes to appear) which is pretty dodgy in terms of a trustworthy UI for a bank (my initial response was where tf did all my money go?!). The app signs me out and refuses to let me sign back in. Have to delete and redownload the app.

Why did you take away the ability to divide funds into different categories of my own choosing? The new budget tools etc are useless and infuriating to navigate.
