Not working on iPad air

This app is not working on my iPad , will not accept my 4 digit password, although works on my iPhone. Asks me to upload latest version each time I access the app, then once downloaded will not accept password, I am on iOS 17.1.1 version

No good

App doesn’t download no matter how I try. Problematic App
