I’ve just swapped over to Westpac from CommBank and there is no option to turn on push notifications for my transactions despite their FAQ page saying there is.
I know it’s supposed to be under profile, settings, notifications and marketing, but it just doesn’t appear, even though my friend who also has an iPhone has the same settings.
I have tried uninstalling the app already. I will remove my one star review once this issue is fixed.

Main problems 1 Notifications are broken - Notifications are not persistent despite being turned on - Clicking on a notification doesn’t open the transaction 2 Seach Doesn’t work - Can’t find payments that just appeared in notifications 3 Some payments will not approve for unknown reasons.

Can’t see my cards???
Dear Westpac App team. It has been over 4 weeks now and one still can’t see company debit cards in the app. Please fix your latest version upgrade glitch ASAP!
Secondly all the other banks allow one to use their debit cards with Apple Pay and store them in Apple Wallet. Why can’t you do the same?
Bad app experience,Not recommend
Very bad app experience recent two - three years.
Often cannot open properly and suddenly shut off by itself.
Even sometimes it works, it took very very long time to open.
Sometimes, digital card in iPhone wallet doesn’t process well, no response,meanwhile other digital card works well.
Time wasting, Hard to track info ontime and immediately, Embarrassing situations etc.
Tired of it. Even tried clean and check phone storage&in latest system edition , allow everything to be accessible and allowed all notifications, re-downloaded, region double check…tried everything. Still the same.
While, other apps work well.
Considering to gave up Westpac and change to other bank.Although I have been used it for almost 10years .
So disappointed!!!
Cardless cash
It’s been months now that the cardless cash option isn’t working. Could you please let users know if you’ll fix this anytime soon?
The new update has a bug
Cannot transfer US dollars to overseas. When choose the currency it's remain in AUD. This happened very recently after the last update.
Rubbish
Just updated the app & tried to reset password. New security level looks to have gone OTT. Now I can’t access my account, so ****** annoying!
All good now, I think there was a website issue, as I couldn’t reset my password there either, 24hrs later I could!
