Good service

Great bank. Very good friendly staff at all branches I have visited Can’t fault Westpac. Great app. I hope westpac keep their branches open great well trained staff

App needs updating!!!

Keyboard in the app dosent work and the chat bot is not working 😳😳

App no longer works

Have been using the app on an iPad for years and happy with it. Since the last update I now have to use the website and the app crashes before getting to the login screen. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but it makes no difference

Horrendous

A full website pretending to be an app! Plus slow. Hard to navigate. Very difficult to set up, even. I spent over an hour on my iPad and finally got it going. Hubby has spent over an hour on his non apple tablet, still trying, and now it’s locked him out of his phone app!

Needs an indication if down

Fossil fuel divestment

I love the app. But hate that my mortgage is with a bank that invests in climate destroying fossil fuels.

Shoddy, poor and unprofessional

It’s slow because it’s not really a proper mobile app. It’s a mobile website pretending to be an app. Constantly fails to authenticate correctly. Impossible to contact a human via the support function. Impossible to enable FaceId authentication (worked previously). In all a quite unsatisfactory experience overall. UX is a dog’s breakfast. Not good enough for 2022.

New version terrible

Needs to focus back on the basics. It gives users unnecessary features such as option to chance the colour of their app icon yet within the app there’s no option to change display settings - half the screen is taken up with non functional real estate and the font size is huge so you can only see about 2 or 3 transactions at a time.

New update unstable

After the most recent update, the app crashes immediately you attempt to enter password. Running on an iPhone X with 14.4.1
