Hassle
I was asked to reply to an email with more information about the transaction, but even though my reply was in the Sent Folder, Wise did not get it. The next day I was asked to upload the documents via a link, that link did not work (neither on pc nor in the app). Then I was called by the service center, and the line was horrible, lots of echo and background noise. All in all a very stressful procedure. Next time, I will allow plenty of time to allow for all this hassle. But eventually the money did get to the recipient in time.
