Transfer is very confusing rubbish site not clear at all when sending money. Sent money twice to the Philippines and recipient didn’t receive.

Transferring money is different procedure every month !
It was fast but there is some thing correct unless I am not doing it the right way , Firstly I send the money to my wise account . I get an acknowledge from my Uk bank to say this has completed. I then log into wise to move into my Spain account . However your software sends me directly back to my bank, to make the transfer again, I then have to follow this procedure until I get an oops something went wrong then I can go back in and see my transfer is complete. I transfer money every month and every month there is a different procedure , it is very frustrating.

It’s hard to find some things
This app is great for viewing your balances, but transferring money in and out and asking for money etc can be confusing and complex. Once you’ve eventually found the right place for the right kind of transaction it’s fine, but actually identifying it can be a challenge. Apparently you can’t request a tax statement from the app either but have to go to the desktop, which is particularly irritating since you only do it once a year and by then you forgotten that you’ve got to go to the desktop version, and you waste time looking for something that’s not there.
