I love the Wise App for my daily needs for subscriptions, travel, e-comm buys. What I love most is the freedom to convert my domicile currency to hold multiple currencies at the rates I want whenever.
Too complicated, intrusive
They ask far too many questions. Sending a payment took me an hour. They were my only option though. Developer replied and said “security” but that’s a cop out. There is no reason I should have to categorise a single transfer more than once - not that it’s any of their business in the first place. I also shouldn’t have to say, “no, REALLY, for the third time, it’s not a *** scam, I am paying rent”.
Very lousy and irresponsible service
My bad and made a mistake in making a transfer. However, wise and their customer service are not responsive to help me and get my money back. Please do not use this app, unless you are very sure you wouldn’t make any mistakes in your transfers
