The worest service
Skrill claims that their service is instant and fast but that is not true, they have endless verification process and the funny thing you don't need those verification when you're depositing money into your account but when you try to normal transactions. Their support system is also the worest I've ever come across, they don't solve anything, they'll just say "Our team will look into it " which they never do

i diposited 920 euro from my own bank account 2 days ago you responded by disabling my account without providing any reason i provided the documents you asked even knowing youre only perpose is to sell my info to the highest bidder and did so 3 times only to be greeted by youre automated message you do know some people actualy have to work for that i know weird right? now i will ask you one final time give me my money back and after that delete my account and all my info
Beaucoup d’incertitude.
C’est très bien et très pratique d’utiliser SKRILL pour toutes ses transactions en ligne. Mais, il y a encore beaucoup des choses qui ne sont pas toujours au point. Amazone qui se permet de prélever directement l’argent sur mon compte et pourtant j’avais déjà supprimé l’achat. Malgré cela l’article ne m’a jamais été livré et SKRILL ne fait aucun effort pour me rembourser bien que j’ai bien fait les réclamations. Et pire encore, pas trop tard que hier, j’ai effectué un dépôt de mon compte à vue vers mon compte SKRILL, je viens de le recevoir 24h après plusieurs réclamations au service clients, malgré que des frais me sont prélevés pour une transaction instantanée en plus du coût d’appels téléphoniques. Dans l’entretemps, j’ai raté l’opportunité d’achat que je voulais réaliser pour un masterclass en ligne.

One year ago i used to open an Skrill account when deposited 400€ they restricted my account and they are using my money with permission, while i can not use my money. I urge people do not trust any online bank.
