Ridiculous for charging storage fee 😡
This is the first fintech/web3 money app I know that charges storage fees 🤡 I demand a refund 😡 Oh and I need a minimum of $400 to withdraw it into my bank, how ridiculous!
Waste of time
I was introduced to wirex by a friend. So I thought it will be a good system or app to subscribe to. The verification process took more than a month and after which ask me to submit the document again. I believe there are better app out there. Pls do not don’t download or install, basically it is a waste of time. I think the team is unable to cope with the increased in subscribers. Glad that I didn’t pass the verification if not I will be worried about my fund.
Not reliable
The app does not work anymore since the last update. I only see « wirex » Impossible to see my accounts !!!!!
The best crypto apps so far
Seeing people complaining about the verification process but for me is pretty smooth The apps is user friendly and the debit card rewards programme is the best so far. crypto trading fee is on the high side but not the highest.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage with ridiculous fees and restrictions. Stay away from this app at all costs. Not worth it.
Verification issues
My patient is running out with still verification pending since 26 Jul. Contacted support 3 - 4 times and still not resolved. They said they will contact / follow up separately each time but never received any sort of follow ups. What’s the point of signing up for this app when you cannot use or do anything.
Scam
Support tickets are unanswered. Yearly payment limit not shows in the app for SG. They will happily take your top up even though you are not allowed to spend your own money. Raised the minimum WXT token sale or transfer to $300 to make sure you are locked in forever. Just stay away. Don’t waste your money on their service.

Verification issue. Keep rejecting my ID documents. Tired of trying.
