Can’t login on Apple TV anymore. It doesn’t load the login screen. I will unsubscribe if it isn’t fixed soon.

Slow and has a terrible interface now I have to pay extra on top of my subscription to listen to certain episodes. Absolutely lost a customer and I will stop listening to the podcasts that use this app.

I really love the content of Wondery, but the App is not working well at all. If you loose internet (that happens if you are outdoors) the app is running poorly and even saved shows don’t play at once. Switching to different seasons is not intuitive and takes time to get used to. After the last update the you cannot refresh to see older podcasts in a series.

I’m so bummed this app is so buggy! Takes forever to load, often unable to play my podcasts, error messages all the time and shows will cut off partway through and I can’t get them back on. Wondery makes some of my favourite podcasts, hopefully y’all can sort out these bugs, none of my other apps are failing and I can’t listen to the good shows on Spotify soooo….👎🏻🙇‍♀️

Wondery+ subscriber. Constantly get the “unable to play this episode, try again later”. The app stinks. Glad I can access through Spotify but wish I didn’t have to.

Great things to listen to but they never load lately weather I’m trying wifi, cellular, downloaded, nothing seems to help. So I just end up too frustrated to keep trying or running out of time since I listen during tasks so I just play something instantly on apple podcast using the same connections that couldn’t play an episode on here. I’m disappointed because I paid for the app and I really enjoyed the shows when it was working.

Trusting Wondery to entertain you while travelling is the biggest mistake you can make and you will spend a plane ride staring into space for hours because their app is not designed to be usable while travelling. If you download episodes so you can listen on a plane or while travelling you WILL NOT be able to use the app without connecting to a data network even if you already downloaded the episodes. Defeats the entire purpose of having downloaded episodes.

This app on iOS really is junk. Episodes wont download - spinning circle. I don't know how many times I have had to delete and redownload. Hit and miss in airplane mode. Have been on flights where the app is unusable even for downloaded content. Other times its fine. Content is great when you can download it. I wish i could get a refund as i have better ways to use my time than be a beta tester for a crappy app.

Stupidly expensive for a year and no way to merge it with whatever you were listening on previously and downloads on this program are incredibly slow if they work at all but have no problem with any other app. Could also be more user friendly
